DEPARTMENT – Research and Development (R&D)
JOB ROLES
- Design the methods, and procedures of testing or studies.
- Involve in gathering more knowledge about the drugs or human body mechanism.
- Publish the gathered information In scientific journals to inform the public and health authorities about any uncertainty.
- Work with other researchers to support the research.
- Guide the Junior Researcher and teams in a meaningful direction.
- Manage the research work by keeping the budget in mind.
- Ensure the minimum wastage of the resources.
- Document each step of your research that will help in the research to avoid repeated errors.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- M.Pharm / PhD can apply for the post.
- M.Sc / PhD in Chemistry Candidates are eligible for the post.
- Minimum Experience of 3 years in CRO.
- Bring your CV at the time of the interview.
- Good Communication and Research Skills
