ABOUT JOB ROLE
- Examine cases to track those with new challenges or particular problems and escalate them properly.
- Assess and choose typical cases for managing, establish the prioritization criteria, and determine the causes of delays.
- Evaluate case needs to recognize and select the most appropriate processing technique.
- Compose and polish the case narrative.
- Make a report and make sure of alignment to regulatory Compliance deadline.
- Evaluate the suitable follow-up actions for the case and request follow-up for letters when applicable.
- Proficient in Pfizer products, rules, regulations, SOPs, and data entry.
- Consistently follow regulatory standards and Pfizer policies.
- Ability to accomplish personal targets and align with departmental performance criteria.
- Proficiency in using computers mainly in handling Databases.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION FOR PRODUCTION
- Bachelor’s degree In Pharmacy (B.Pharmacy) or in Dental Science (BDS)
- The company will prefer candidates with a working background as a healthcare professional.
- Experience in Clinical care or research and pharmacovigilance, having the one would be an advantage (not necessary)
- Freshers are welcome for this post.
- Must have Good Communication and relevant Skills.
