Quality Assurance Job Description
- Examine the annual product quality review report at the units for completeness and data integrity to ensure alignment with cGMP standards and audit readiness.
- Compile, review, and prepare the required work plans for the identified deficiencies to the HO to ensure a timely response to regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate with auditors and site personnel for regulatory and customer inspection at the site, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and securing GMP accreditation.
- Assess the master validation protocol and report to ensure the efficient implementation of validation batches and the swift submission of documentation to address any deficiencies.
- Prepare the final draft of compliance to audit observations and assess its compliance with cGMP standards to avoid consequences and encourage continuous improvement.
- Promote and manage continuous improvement initiatives in CQA to strengthen compliance to cGMP standards.
