Research Scientist Vacancy Details
- POSITION – Research Scientist
- DEPARTMENT – R&D
- DIVISION – Pharmaceutical Research and Development
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain reports, monitoring tools, and tracking spreadsheets periodically in alignment with project guidelines.
- Document complete and accurate lab notebook, including reaction schemes, stoichiometry, outcomes, and observations according to SOP guidelines.
- Select and implement related literature methods for transformation independently.
- Preparation of patents, research publications, and internal reports based on lab outcomes.
- Perform complex organic reactions and procedures independently.
- Coordinate with clients when required, understanding their needs and ensuring the project’s completion before the final deadline.
- Perform all procedures in compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, and waste disposal guidelines.
- Educate and observe Research Associates (RAs) in chemical techniques, environmental health and safety (EHS), and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
Required Qualification
- PhD / Post Doctoral degree in Organic Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry or relevant field
- Freshers and Experienced both are eligible to apply for the posts.
- Good Analytical Research Skills
- Good Communication skills
