About Responsibilities
- Identify and generate cases in the database (ICSRs – Individual Case Safety Reports).
- Utilize MedDRA coding for AE reporting as per guidelines.
- Get complete instructions from senior authority for daily routine activities.
- Try to receive more detailed instructions for new assignments and projects.
- Look into daily routine complexities based on general guidelines.
- Handle the Mailbox to ensure timely discussion regarding case reporting.
- Refer to the guidelines and follow the instructions properly to resolve the issues.
- Identify the errors, defects, or challenges encountered and document work progress
- Personnel must be capable of taking charge and acting as an individual contributor within a team
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and supervisors to discuss the project.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Verify adherence to Safety protocols and industry standards
- Work with software tools as part of your work.
