About Job Responsibilities
- Assist with developing safety protocols, workflows, and template structures for the project.
- Develop the project-specific safety database, make data entry protocols, and support user acceptance testing processes.
- Assist with the completion of additional activities for the Drug Safety Specialist and/or Safety Service Project Leader (SSPL) only when required.
- Advise the Line Manager (LM), Team Manager, SSPL, PL, and Regional Head of PV operations of any alterations in the project scope.
- Make an entry of case report details and coding of Data in the safety database system.
- Attend internal training programs, drug safety workshops, and project-specific training sessions.
- Help in the setup and distribution of global reporting to regulatory authorities, CECs, local ECs, and investigator sites (via electronic and hard copy).
- Track investigative sites’ performance in executing required tasks in ISIS.
- Prepare and manage the project-specific working files, case report files, and Central project documents.
- Overseeing and maintaining the records of submission cases when required.
- Help the safety physicians monitor medical operations only when necessary.
Required Qualification
- Degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm / Pharm D)
- M.Sc in Nursing or Lifesciences
- Knowledge or Experience in the related field is required
