About Job Responsibilities
- Complete the documentation of the development trial in the method book (Laboratory Record Book), document the validation experiment data, and update the control forms as per the SOP. Assess the outcome based on the study protocol.
- Conduct calibration tests on laboratory equipment such as pH meters, evaporators, Roto spin extractors, centrifuges, micro-pipettes, analytical balances, and Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) Assemblies as required.
- Coordinate with engineers to address any equipment breakdown or malfunctioning
- Collect samples for performing sample processing through various extraction techniques to determine the analyte concentration in the sample.
- Familiar with Mass Spectrometry operation, ESI (Electrospray Ionization), and APCI (Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionization) methods.
- Extract samples using Liquid-Liquid Extraction (LLE), Solid Phase Extraction (SPE), and Precipitation (PPT) techniques.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Lifesciences (B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Pharm / M.Sc)
- Basic knowledge of computer applications like Microsoft Office and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of handling GC, HPLC, GC, Ph Meter, and other related instruments.
Required Experience & Skills
- Expertise in designing and validating testing methods.
- Analyzing and fixing problems in the experimental methods.
- Freshers are welcome to apply for the job.
