Job Responsibilities

Quality Standard Compliance

1. Assist in optimizing and assessing medical devices, and Healthcare products compliance with required quality and regulatory standards.
2.  Help in preparing documents and performing a risk analysis to ensure adherence to quality standards.
3. Coordinate with the cross-functional departments to support the internal and external audits.

Regulatory Submission Assistance

1. Make sure that all documents are precise, accurate, updated, and follow regulatory protocols.
2. Assist with the preparation, optimization, submission and management of regulatory documents like product registration files, NDA,and  QA reports to the regulatory authority.

Regulatory Compliance Analysis

1. Personnel will be conducting a detailed study on regulatory requirements for special markets, focusing on modification in compliance requirements.
2. Determine and investigate if the regulatory norms are complying with both national and global standards (ISO, CE marking).

Regulatory Knowledge and Latest Updates

1. Observe the latest regulatory guidelines or major updates, changes from both local and global regulatory authorities like FDA and EU policies.
2. Help in organizing internal training sessions on regulatory standards.

Interdepartmental Collaboration

1. Coordinate with other departments such as R&D, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, marketing team to ensure the product compliance with regulatory standards across all phases of development and marketing process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Lifesciences (B.Pharm / B.Sc )
• Biomedical Graduates are also eligible to apply for the Job.
• Expertise with registration and regulatory requirements across different regions.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Skills Required

• Strong attention to detail
• Good Understanding of regulatory standards
• Excellent Research and Analytical skills
• Knowledge of Medical Devices, Wound Care, and Healthcare Industry
