 What are the job responsibilities of a QC trainee at Apotex?

1. Conduct a thorough analysis of in-process samples, and finished products, and perform cleaning verification and validation.
2. Make sure all activities are performed according to regulatory, and safety standards.
3. Accountable for managing all the activities performed in the QC Laboratory and making sure all activities comply with regulatory standards like GLP and implementation of quality systems in the department.
4. Collect laboratory samples and maintain the records related to the laboratory samples.
5. Coordinate with Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, Senior Manager or Manager and help them in managing the daily operations of the QC Laboratory.
6.  Follow all regulatory compliance standards including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, International quality standards, Environmental policies, and HR regulations.
7. Personnel behaviors must reflect the organizational values of collaboration, passion, and courage.

Essential Skills & Experience For a Trainee Role 

• Candidates must be highly skilled in cGDP and cGLP compliance and regulations.
• Expertise in managing data using Database Management Systems (DBMS) like LIMS and Empower.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum 01 years of working experience in a GMO-certified pharmaceutical industry.

Mandatory Qualification 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
• Master’s degree in Science (M.Sc)
• Technical or Non-Technical degree in a relevant field.
• Working experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry would be an additional point.
