Department: Quality Control (QC)
Role: Officer / Senior Officer
Experience: 1-4 years
Qualification: M.Sc (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related field)
Role Summary
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling adherent & suspension cell lines and performing cell-based bioassays
- Ensuring cGMP, cGLP, and GDP compliance in QC lab operations
- Testing Drug Substances (DS), stability samples, and reporting results in SAP
- Preparing method validation/transfer protocols, study reports, and maintaining data integrity
- Managing OOS/OOT/deviations, lab compliance (reagents, standards, EMS monitoring)
- Maintaining stability chambers, temperature logs, and supporting 5S/Operational Excellence
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-functional coordination for smooth workflow
- Supporting QC-QMS activities and inter-departmental tasks
- Performing additional duties assigned by supervisors/managers
Salary Range
- Officer (1-3 years): ₹3.5 – ₹5.5 LPA
- Senior Officer (3-4 years): ₹5 – ₹7 LPA
