Job Responsibilities
Data Management and Tracking
- Maintain and manage the clinical trials data by entering Data into the management system and tracking important study milestones.
Operational Support for Clinical Trials
- Assist in planning and conducting clinical trials to maintain adherence with both internal and external regulatory agencies.
- Help in carrying out the clinical operations and managing the proper records of clinical trials.
Clinical Trials Site Assistance
- Provide support in preparing and managing the site documentation (ISFs) and facilitate the timeline for clinical visits and monitoring.
- Assist in observing and handling the activities at clinical trial sites.
Documentation Management
- Support in managing, maintaining, and updating Trial Master Files (TMF) and necessary documents and report files.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Quality Control and Quality Assurance regulatory compliance
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and company SOPs throughout the clinical trial procedures.
Engagement in Professional Development Programs
- Participate in professional development programs organized by the company to understand clinical trial protocols, regulatory standards, and data handling processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Lifesciences (B.Pharm / B.Sc)
- M.Pharm and M.Sc degree holders are both eligible for the post.
- Good understanding of clinical trials phases and clinical operations.

- Regulatory documentation and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a cooperative work environment.
