What duties will you perform as a “Medical Information Specialist”?
- Interact with customers to analyze and respond to potential adverse events and product complaints.
- Prepare the Adverse Event and product complaint reports according to EVERSANA-MICC and client SOPs.
- Capable of generating a complete assessment related to the details needs to be collected.
- Handle the procedures involved in addressing the product quality-related issues.
- Coordinate with the personnel of cross-functional departments such as Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and the complaint handling department.
- Utilize your expertise to narrate the Adverse Event, product complaint, and medical inquiry custom responses.
- Handle requests across multiple channels and platforms (CRM, Chat, email, etc.)
- Provide medical information in response to inquiries from doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and healthcare payers
- Observe and timely report the status of all product licenses.
