What are the main responsibilities of personnel?
- Conduct data entry and data validation operations
- Helped prepare and analyze case report forms (CRFs) and data management plans.
- Assist in testing of databases during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure better system quality.
- Check and ensure the clinical trial databases’ data quality, integrity, and completeness.
- Observe, analyze, and respond to the data queries.
- Consistently observe the status of data metrics and integrity across EDC systems.
- Focus on Process Improvements and Standard Operating Procedures for Data Management.
- Help in the preparation of summaries, reports, and data listing for study teams.
- Follow up with the data management system to execute coding activities and assist in preparing reports and data clarifications.
What qualifications do you need to get the job?
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Lifesciences
- Bachelor’s degree in a Healthcare-related field.
- Excellent knowledge of Medical Terminology and Clinical Research is preferred
- A strong understanding of Clinical Databases, such as RAVE, will be preferred.
- Working experience in clinical Data Management.
What skills and experience are required for this job role?
- Proficiency in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems such as Medidata Rave, Oracle.
- Expertise in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Candidates must be well-known to the Clinical Trial Management System.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration.
- Knowledge of GCP and regulatory guidelines such as ICH and FDA
- Good verbal and oral communication skills with excellent organizational skills.
