About Job Responsibilities
- Helped draft queries and gather any inconsistent details with the support of healthcare professionals.
- Perform processing of ESRs and PSRs.
- Generate patient narratives and assign the accurate MedDRA codes to adverse events (for marketed products, if applicable)
- Monitor the intake and triage of Safety information from various sources, either from spontaneous reports or related to clinical trials.
- Assist with the reporting of Expedited Safety Reports and Public Safety Reports to clients and regulatory bodies.
- Operate within the Quality Management System framework, including SOPs, WIs, and other relevant standards.
- Develop and maintain strong PPS relationships across functional departments.
- Help manage the supporting files and documentation for adverse events and reporting requirements in applicable countries.
- Ensure complete uploading and safe storage of project-related documents, case reports, and associated documentation.
What qualifications are necessary to apply for the job?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm D)
- B.Sc / M.Sc / Nursing / Medical Sciences
- Experience of working in Pharma, Biotech, or CRO institutions
- Minimum 01 year of working experience is required for Pharm D candidates.
Skills and Expertise Required
- Strong Attention to minute details
- Strong knowledge of Medical Affairs, Clinical Data Entry
- Proficiency in Clinical Data Monitoring, DRA, QA
- Good oral and verbal Communication skills
- Basic Knowledge of MS Office Windows applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills.
