Pharmacovigilance Signal Monitoring and Data Interpretation
- Generate and utilize the ideas of collecting and assessing safety-related data.
- Perform detailed evaluations and produce authoritative reports related to safety principles.
- Observe and evaluate potential safety signals from both internal and external sources.
- Check the influence on product labelling or benefits risk profile and coordinate with safety teams as needed.
- Coordinate with medical and scientific professionals to ensure safety data analysis and transform scientific findings into actionable safety strategies.
- Discuss safety-related information with the concerned team, business partners, and stakeholders in a timely fashion
Support the Advancement and Operational Development within Pharmacovigilance
- Develop innovative approaches or strategies to uncover and improve workflows across the teams.
- Collaborate with the internal stakeholders and external regulatory authorities such as the FDA, EMA, and MHRA to align on safety and labelling strategies.
- Implement the in-depth Pharmacovigilance expertise to ensure local and global regulatory standards and pharmacovigilance legislation.
Education Background
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related or scientific field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Lifesciences (B.Pharm / B.Sc)
- Nursing degree with advanced clinical specialty (B.Sc Nursing)
- Pharma D degree holders are also eligible for the job role.
- PhD in pharmacology, physiology, and microbiology
- Minimum 01 Year of Experience is required to apply for the job.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of Regulatory submissions (e.g., PSURs, DSURs, RMPs, PADERs)
- Knowledge of ICH guidelines, GVP, and FDA/EMA regulations.
- Signal detection and risk evaluation abilities.
- Strong understanding of QPPV responsibilities and global safety requirements.
