What are the job responsibilities of a Clinical Research Associate?
- Investigating site infrastructure, resources, and supporting decisions for selecting trial sites.
- Coordinating with the other teams in the creation and assessment of clinical study documents and reports.
- Participating in the planning, launch, and daily routine activities of clinical studies management.
- Reviewing clinical trial progress and observing the data collection process.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of investigator site files (ISF) and essential study documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as regulatory, data management, and safety to ensure timely deliverables.
Skills Required
- Understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial phases, and protocols
- Expertise in Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) management.
- Site feasibility and qualification assessment.
- Good Analytical abilities with strong attention to detail in data compiling and safety reporting.
- Excellent Verbal and non-verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
What should be your qualification?
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (B.Pharm / B.Sc) or other relevant qualification.
- Candidates with past working experience in clinical research or related fields will be preferred.
- Candidates must be flexible in working independently and collaboratively.
