What are the job responsibilities of a Clinical Trial Associate?
- Monitor and handle clinical trial paperwork, including required documents, study file, and regulatory submission.
- Help in organizing and managing the clinical studies, ensuring all operations meet regulatory requirements.
- Support the monitoring and reporting of data related to clinical trial progress and performance metrics.
- Assist in preparing clinical trial documents such as participant consent forms and case report templates.
- Participate in monitoring and documenting the collected clinical trial data.
- Coordinating with the other teams in the creation and assessment of clinical study documents and reports.
- Reviewing clinical trial progress and monitoring the data collection process.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of guidelines and clinical trial phases.
- Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
- Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) management
- Analytical abilities with a strong focus on detail in data collection and safety reporting.

Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences and a Healthcare-related field.
