Production and Packing Trainee / Apprentice

• DESIGNATION – Trainee / Apprentice
• DEPARTMENT – Production and Packing
• DIVISION – Injectables Formulations

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

Candidates will be working as Trainees in the Production and Packing department, specifically in the production and packaging area of injectable products. 

1. Observe and handle the production activities in the parenteral area.
2. Filling and Sealing of Vials and Ampoules
3. Production Quality Management System (QMS)
4. Filtration Procedure and Terminal Sterilization and Batch Manufacturing
5. Observe and handle the packing operation and conduct a visual inspection

What qualification is needed for the job role?

• Diploma in Pharmacy or other relevant area (D.Pharm)
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (B.Sc)
• Only Freshers are eligible to apply for this job role.

Manufacturing Officers

• DESIGNATION – Operators / Officers / Senior Officer / Executives
• DEPARTMENT – Manufacturing
• DIVISION – OSD
• EXPERIENCE – Experienced (02 Years)

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

Candidates will be working in the production department and handling the production of OSD formulations. You must have expertise in handling the following procedures:

1. Accountable for performing and handling activities such as Granulation, Coating, Compression, Bottle Packing, and Capsules.
2. Expertise in working with RMG, FBE, FETTE / Tablet Compression machine, Autocoaters, Bottle Packing line with track and trace system.
3. Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of the equipment.
4.  Ensure compliance with GMP standards.

What qualification is needed for the job role?

• Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (B.Pharm / B.Sc)
• Candidates with a relevant ITI Certificate are also eligible to apply for the job.
• Minimum 02 years of working experience is required.

Quality Control officers

• DESIGNATION – Officers / Senior Officers / Executives
• DEPARTMENT – Quality Control
• DIVISION – Injectables Formulations

• JOB LOCATION – SEZ Matoda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

Candidates will be working in the Quality Control department, specifically in the testing of injectable samples or products. You must have experience in handling the mentioned procedures:

1. Calibration of Equipment like HPLC (Waters and SHIMADZU), GC, UV, FTIR, KF, AAS, and IC.
2. Analytical Testing of RM, PM, and FP.
3. Analysis of in-process and finished product quality.

What qualification is needed for the job role?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
• Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry (M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry)
• Minimum 02 years of working experience in the Quality Control department is required.
