IDBI BANK MEDICAL OFFICER RECRUITMENT 2024 Vacancy Details

Eligibility –
- Candidates must have a medical qualification (MBBS / MD) from any recognized Institute authorized by MCI
- Candidates must have 5 years of minimum experience as a Practitioner.
- Candidates must be registered under MCI / NMC and in any state medical council
- PG degree candidates must be registered under MCI / NMC and in any state medical council

Period of Contract
- It is a part-time Job on a Contract basis
- The duration of service is 3 Years
- the contract can be terminated with one month’s notice from both parties.
Pay Scale and Other Benefits
- Candidates will be paid INR 1000/- per hour
- Conveyance allowances are only up to INR 2000/- per month
- Compounding Fee will be only up to INR 1000/- per month only
IDBI BANK MEDICAL OFFICER RECRUITMENT 2024 SELECTION PROCEDURE
- The application of candidates will be examined carefully to shortlist the eligible applicants.
- Shortlisted Applicants will be called for the Interview by IDBI Bank Authority.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide the medical facility to the staff, personnel, pensioners, and dependents.
- Prescribe the suitable treatment and medicine and advice on medical health.
- Administer injections and give suitable drugs/medicines
- Issue Sick Leave Certificate or Medical Certificate if necessary
- Make an order record form for costly drugs from the chemist and maintain the bills for payments
- Inspect the medical bills of all the treatment or medications including hospitalization of personnel.
- Manage all the administrative work to ensure the efficacious operation of the dispensary/health facility.
- should give the Emergency service when needed.
- Give medical advice if required by the Bank or any of the Bank personnel.
Terms and Conditions
- If a Medical officer is on leave then he must arrange for the substitute to provide the medical facility in his absence.
- The Medical Officer will be granted 20 days off in a year.
- The Bank has the right to review the paying scale from time to time and may change the working hours.
- It is a Contract basis job no extra benefits will be provided to the Medical Officer.
- No other person will be engaged with BMO (BANK MEDICAL OFFICER) except the compounder.
