Important Dates
Online Application is invited for the recruitment of Nursing candidates through the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET), all the details like date of registration, deadline, and examination date, are specified in the article. Candidates can apply for the application before 17th March 2025. No application will be considered after the last date of application.

Application Fee Structure
All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is going to conduct the recruitment exam (NORCET) for the Nursing Candidates, For which the official authority has decided the application fee, candidates can fill in all the details and can submit their application after paying the prescribed fee. All the details regarding the application fee are mentioned below.
- General / OBC / EWS: INR 3000-/
- SC / ST: INR 2400/-
- No Fee is applicable for Physically Challenged Candidates.
- Pay the fee in an only online mode.
Age Limit
- The minimum age for the application is 18 years.
- The maximum age for the application is 30 years.
- Schedule Caste / Scheduled Tribe Candidate 5 years of age relaxation
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer ) candidates 3 years of age relaxation
- Persons with disability PWD 10 years of age relaxation
- Ex-servicemen / Disabled Ex-servicemen 05 years of age relaxation

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing/Hons) from NCI recognized University or institute in India.
- Registered under the Nursing Council of India (NCI)
- Registered GNM candidates from NCI-recognized institutes in India are also eligible.
- Working Experience of minimum 2 years in 50 Bedded Hospitals as a nurse.
Preliminary Exam Details NORCET – 2025
- Exam Name – Stage-1 Preliminary Examination
- Total Number of Questions – 100 MCQS
- Maximum Marks – (GK & Aptitude – 20 MCQs) & (Nursing Course Syllabus – 80 MCQs)
- Time Duration – 90 Minutes (02 Hours)
- Negative Marking – (-1 Mark on each wrong answer)
- Qualifying Marks
- For UR / EWS – 50%
- For OBC – 45%
- For SC / ST – 40%
- For PWBD – 5% relaxation under the reserved category.
Main Exam
- Exam Name – Main Exam
- Total Number of Questions – 160 MCQS (4 Sections containing 40 Questions)
- Maximum Marks – Case scenario-based questions to test the Nursing skills
- Time Duration – 180 Minutes (45 minutes for each question)
- Negative Marking – (-1 Mark on each wrong answer)
