- Candidates must have graduated in a Three- or Five-Year Law (LLB) program from any recognized institute in India.
- Graduated Candidates must be registered under the Bar Council.

Selection Procedure
- Candidates will qualify for the Mains examination based on marks scored in the preliminary exam
- Candidates will appear for the Mains examination and only scoring candidates will get shortlisted by authority.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview at the center specified by the Delhi High Court authority.
- Candidates need to bring the documents for physical verification, if candidates fail to bring the documents the application will be cancelled.
- The joining Letter will be sent via email or letter.
