Refineries Division:
1. Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Production)
- Education Qualification:
- 3 years Diploma in Chemical Engineering/ Petrochemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Refinery and Petrochemical Engineering or B.Sc with Maths, Physics, Chemistry, or Industrial Chemistry.
- Experience Qualification:
- Minimum of one year of post-qualification work experience in operations of pump house, fired heater, compressor, distillation column, reactor, heat exchanger, etc.
2. Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (P&U)
- Education Qualification:
- 3 years Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Matric with ITI in Fitter Trade.
- Experience Qualification:
- Boiler Competency Certificate with Second Class.
3. Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Mechanical)
- Education Qualification:
- 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Matric with ITI in Fitter Trade.

IOCL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection for IOCL Non-executive Recruitment will happen in two stages:
- CBT (Computer Based Test): It will be a 100-mark exam, candidates qualifying in the exam will move to the next stage.
- Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT): This will be the final stage. Candidates qualifying in this stage will be recruited for IOCL Non-executive posts.

The CBT exam will be a 100-mark exam comprising 3 sections namely i) Subject Knowledge, ii) Numerical Ability, iii) General Awareness. The time duration of the exam will be 2 hours.
