- Candidates must have graduated in any stream from a recognized institution in India.
- Hindi Typing with 80 words per minute on stenographer and 8000 keywords per hour on Computer.
- English Typing with 100 words per minute on stenographer and 9000 keywords per hour on Computer

Selection Procedure
- Candidates will be selected on the basis of Exam scores and Interview
- Candidates who score good Marks will be shortlisted for an interview
- Shortlisted Candidates will undergo an interview process held by the UKPSC authority
- The interview will be held in Haridwar Uttrakhand, India
- The letter for the interview will be sent by mail or uploaded on the official website of the UKPSC.
- The final merit list will be released for the selected candidates on the basis of the candidate who scored the Marks in the interview.
