Job Description
Apollo Pharmacy requires a Pharmacist and Assistant Pharmacist for its retail chain of Pharmacy.
Roles & Responsibility of Personnel
- Handle the prescription carefully and dispense the prescribed medicines.
- Review the prescription and ensure for any errors.
- Contact the physician or prescriber if there is something wrong with the prescription.
- Counsel the patient regarding the dose and possible side effects of medicines.
- Work closely with health professionals to determine the best medication therapy for the patient.
- Coordinate with the vendors and suppliers to get the inventory under the estimated budget and timeline.
- Maintain the record of narcotic, psychotropic, and other drugs along with the details of patients.
- Manage the stock in an organized way to get the required medicine early.
- Ensure the cleanliness, and training of staff, and maintain the facility.
Skilled Required
- Candidates must have good knowledge of drugs.
- Must be able to handle the activities in the pharmacy
- Experience in dispensing drugs.
- Candidates must have a basic knowledge of computers.
Position Specification
- Candidates graduated or holding a diploma in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/D.Pharm)
- Freshers and Non-Freshers both are eligible to apply for the post
