APOTEX is seeking personnel to join the company as a Trainee – GBS – AGO, Check out the eligibility criteria and required qualifications and skills given below.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage individual tasks and ensure timely completion of MMaR and MPaR commitments within the specified time.
- Preparing and reviewing MMaRs and MPaRs for the Richmond Hill operation.
- Transforming MPPDs into the updated MMaR and MPaR formats.
- Managing the implementation and cancellations of documents in the content server.
- Responsible for the change control process, and ensuring the accurate creation and review of MMaRs and MPaRs for Signet and Etobicoke.
- Developing and refining documents with format alterations and edits, based on relevant supporting information from business units like Technical Transfer Packages, Technical Operations Reports, and Validation reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform all activities in compliance with current SOPs, regulatory affairs, safety, and legal guidelines.
- Conduct all activities according to our Corporate Values of Courage, Passion, Perseverance, and Collaboration, exhibiting clear support for these principles in daily work.
Skills & Experience
- Personnel must be experts in MS Office tools.
- Proficiency in working with online modules or software would be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of DMS (Document Management System)
- Multitasking and Flexible working in a changing environment.
- Fresher and Experienced both are welcome
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Pharmacy / Science (B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc)
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry would be a plus point.
- Strong Communication Skills

- Salary: 3.6 LPA INR
