- Gathering, processing, and recording ADR event reports from patients and health professionals.
- Observe medical journals and literature to spot the safety issues relevant to medicinal products.
- Work independently in a team, focusing on a designated and assigned set of tasks.
- Get detailed to moderate instructions for routine activities and seek guidance for new projects.
- Encountering daily problems mostly by executing existing procedures and general protocols.
- Guiding the internal teams and stakeholders on Pharmacovigilance operations.
- Personnel must be able to handle medical data by ensuring the accuracy of reporting.
- Meet and coordinate with your team and supervisor primarily.
- Personnel will be tasked with developing and managing the identification of cases.
- Supervise the client requirements and follow global compliance regulations.
- Handle the submission and observe ICSR in the safety database.
- Manage the work of data entry.
Arcolab Pharma MICC Associates Job Description
- Prepare the documents for each interaction as per company and regulatory principles.
- Personnel must follow MICC SOPs, that ensure smooth communication and managing the complex medical data.
- Work closely with internal teams like drug safety, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs to make sure that all information is up to date as per the latest medical knowledge and principles.
- Managing the calls relevant to medical queries from patients and other stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Familiar with the literature case processing.
- Personnel must the process of Adverse Event Reporting.
- Good Knowledge of Safety regulations.
- Able to manage the inbound and outbound calls.
- Candidates must be familiar with the MICC SOP’s.
- Candidates must be Quick Learners and multitask.
- 02 to 05 years of working experience
- Looking for candidates who believe in open communication, translucency, taking ownership, & doing valuable work.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and Dentistry from a recognized university.
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / BDS can apply for the job.
- Preference will be given to the experienced candidates.
