ABOUT JOB ROLE
- Ensure no error in the medication order prescribed by health care professionals.
- Formulate and execute the individualized therapy management plan for the patients.
- Observe patients.
- Work with the healthcare teams to determine the treatment outcome.
- Provide the appropriate and detailed information about the drugs concerned.
- Maintain the record of medicines and patients.
- Guide the patients about the medicines and their side effects.
- Stay updated about the new guidelines or any critical information about medications.
- Maintain cleanliness and a good working environment in the department.
Required Qualification
- Master Degrees in Pharmacy (Pharm.D / M.Pharm) both are eligible for the post.
- Candidates Must be registered under PCI.
- Good knowledge of Drugs, Diseases, and Pharmacotherapy.
- Good at managing the clinical pharmacy setting.
- Familiar with digital health records and pharmacy software at Artemis.
- Candidates must have at least 1 year of working experience.
- Good Communication and interpersonal Skills.
