Clinical Research Job Details

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the management and handling of essential documents, including consent forms, Case Report Forms, and other related regulatory documents.
- Observe and Manage the trial databases, logs, and documentation according to the regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with Principal Investigators (PIs), institutional review boards (IRBs), sponsors, and research teams to conduct clinical trials.
- Spot the potential research opportunities and coordinate with sponsors.
- Ensure strict compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards and other relevant requirements.
- Ensure the timely submission of trial data, including Adverse Events (AE) and protocol deviations.
- Guide staff members on trial-related duties and the ethical practices in clinical research.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in the management of clinical trial data.
- Good Understanding of ICH, GCP, and FDA regulatory standards.
- Expertise with project management tools like MS Project, Asana, and other relevant software.
- Risk Management and Teamwork abilities
- Excellent Oral and Verbal Communication skills.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Pharmacy with certificate in Clinical Research (B.Pharm / B.Sc).
- Master’s degree in Life Science, Clinical Research (M.Pharm in Clinical Research / M.Sc)
- Candidates trained in ICH-GCP will be prioritized.
