Job Responsibilities
- Perform chemical reactions and assist in procedures of API manufacturing.
- Maintain the quality standards of transformed products and raw materials.
- Conduct daily lab analysis and maintain production records.
- Help in process validation and calibration of analytical instruments like GC, HPLC, and UV Spectrophotometer.
- Follow the cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines while working in the production area.
- Coordinate with the cross functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Shift Incharge
- DEPARTMENT – Production
- PROFESSION TYPE – Shift Incharge
- EXPERIENCE – Freshers & Experienced (0-10 years)
- PROFICIENCY – Knowledge of GMP & Safety Protocols
- QUALIFICATION – B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
Job Responsibilities
- Work on reactors, centrifuges, autoclaves, and other equipment.
- Handle production activities like drying, filtration, and crystallization.
- Perform a process quality check and observe deviations or errors.
- Follow SOPs and safety guidelines properly.
- Fill the logbook, maintain records, and update data in a timely manner.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Science (B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc) from a recognized university.
- Only Freshers are welcome for the post.
- Good Communication Skills

The Company offers a starting salary of INR 03 Lakhs Per Annum to the fresher Candidates which is an increment in the future based on your experience and skills.
- Trainee Chemist – INR 3 LPA (Anticipated)
- Shift Incharge – INR 2.6 LPA (Anticipated)
