DEPARTMENT – Production 

Biological E. Limited (BE) has released an advertisement for hiring employees for various job roles such as officer, Senior Officer, and executive for the production, QA, and QC departments of the company. For further details, please read the article carefully.

• DESIGNATION – Officer / Senior Officer 
• DIVISION – Manufacturing Operations (Capsules & Injectables)
• EXPERIENCE – Experienced (02 to 06 Years)

What are the job responsibilities?

For Capsules Production 

1. Expertise in working with vial washing machines, Depyrogenation Tunnel, and Automatic Machines.
2. Operate Automatic and PFS filling machines.
3. Handle the sterilization process (Terminal Sterilization), Vial Filling, and Sealing operations.
4. Good Knowledge of Auto Loading & Unloading Systems (ALUS)
5. Experience in performing aseptic process activities (Aseptic Techniques).
6. Proficient at executing manufacturing and compounding activities.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized university in India.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (B.Sc / M.Sc)
• Minimum 02 years of experience is required.

DEPARTMENT – Quality Assurance

• DESIGNATION –  Executive & Senior Officer
• DIVISION – IPQA 
• EXPERIENCE – Experienced (03 to 09 Years)

What are the job responsibilities?

1. Responsible for providing line clearances during the production process, like:
   • Manufacturing
   • Dispensing
   • Visual Inspection
   • Dispatching & Shipping
   • Packing

2. According to Batch Manufacturing Operations and packing standards following samples must be collected and submitted.
   • In-process samples
   • Finished product samples 
   • Stability samples 
   • Control samples 
   • Cleaning samples

3. Manage and maintain the BMR, BPR, and conduct periodic inspections of specialized samples.
4. Exposure to Quality Management System elements, CAPA, Change control, and deviations.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
• Master’s degree in Lifesciences (M.Sc)
• Working experience of a minimum of 03 years in the respective department.

DEPARTMENT – Quality Control 

• DESIGNATION –Executive

• EXPERIENCE – Experienced (03 to 05 Years)

What are the job responsibilities?

1. Perform the activities related to analytical testing of drugs using HPLC and GC.
2. Responsible for handling biological assays (Antitoxfor XA and Antitoxfor IA) and assay of Heparin sodium and Enoxaparin sodium.
3. Experience or working with the following instruments
   • UV
   • IR
   • AAS
   • ICPMS
   • NMR
   • KF
   • Potentiometer
   • TOC
   • Polarimeters

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• Master’s degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.)
• Working experience of a minimum of 03 years in any pharmaceutical industry.
