Manufacturing Operators / Officers / Executives
- DESIGNATION – Operators / Officers / Executives
- DEPARTMENT – Manufacturing (Production and Packing)

- JOB LOCATION – Pipan, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
Candidates will be working in the production department, specifically in the Injectables area. You must have experience in handling the following procedures:
- Production of Parenteral Formulations
- Filling and Sealing of Vials and Ampoules
- Maintain the aseptic and sterile condition in the area.
- Production Quality Management System (QMS)
- Filtration Procedure and Terminal Sterilization
- Batch Manufacturing
- Observe and handle the packing operation and conduct a visual inspection.
Required Expertise and Experience
- Must have expertise with Filling Machines such as Groninger, Optima and Bosch filling machine
- Steam sterilizer (Fedegari)
- Dyno Trucking filling and sealing machine
- Excellent knowledge of operating machines and their procedures.
What qualification is needed for the job role?
- Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)

What are the main responsibilities for this role?
Candidates will be working in the Quality Control department, specifically in the testing of injectable samples or products. You must have experience in handling the mentioned procedures:
- Calibration of Equipment like HPLC (Waters and SHIMADZU), GC, UV, FTIR, KF, AAS, and IC.
- Analytical Testing of RM, PM, and FP.
- Analysis of in-process and finished product quality.
- Handle the assigned activities in the QC department
Required Expertise and Experience
Working Experience with the following instruments:
- Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry
- Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy
- Karl Fischer Titration
- Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy
- Ion Chromatography
- Gas Chromatography
- High-Performance Liquid Chromatography
- Expertise with equipment used in the calibration process.
What qualification is needed for the job role?
