Job Summary
Max Clinical Research Solutions is looking for pharma graduates for the Research and Development (R&D) department as a Clinical Trial Associate. The Personnel will be responsible for organizing and preparing clinical trial documents, ensuring effective communication between sponsors and
stakeholders and perform all other duties assigned by senior officials and specified in detail.

What are the job responsibilities?
- Help in the preparation and organization of clinical trial records, such as informed consent forms, protocols, CRF, and regulatory applications.
- Manage and maintain effective communication between stakeholders, sponsors, and clinical trial sites.
- Track the ongoing trial progress to ensure timelines, regulatory guidelines, and patient safety guidelines.
- Gather and maintain the clinical data and ensure the data is accurate and adhere to study protocols.
- Handle adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs) with excellence and according to regulatory standards.
- Work with clinical research teams to execute the phases of clinical trials efficiently.
- Observe and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GLP) and relevant regulatory standards.
- Stay informed about innovations and updates on industry trends and regulatory updates.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
- Doctoral degree in Pharmacy (Pharm D)
- Freshers are welcome to apply for the job.
- Good Knowledge of Pharmacology.
