Job Responsibilities
- Execute dictionary versioning activities as the requirement arises.
- Integrate Unicode terms into the database and transfer coded medical terms from the coding system.
- Manage the coding activities for the assigned project, adhering to deadlines and maintaining efficiency.
- Develop a “New Term Request” and rank its priority level.
- Prepare all study-related reports, share status updates, and observe email communications with internal and client stakeholders.
- Perform the migration, setup, and closeout duties, alongside study conduct tasks, under the supervision and Quality check from the Team Lead.
- Accountable for peer QC of the TJDA activities.
- Maintain Quality expectations and provide targets within the given TAT.
- Deals with complex challenges (procedures/processes) and refers to the supervisor only when necessary.
- Comply with the industry regulations and compliance guidelines for the assigned work.
- Update the process documentation accordingly, under supervision.
- Handle the break schedule and transport logistics in the absence of a supervisor.

- Expertise in Pharmacovigilance & Safety Operations
- PV Case Processing
- Data Analysis and Database Management Skills
- Regulatory Knowledge
- Good Verbal and written Communication skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s / Master’s / Doctorate in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Nursing
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm D / Phd / B.Sc / M.Sc
