About Job Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting queries and collecting any missing or inconsistent details, in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Compose patient narratives and assign the accurate MedDRA codes to adverse events (for marketed products, if applicable)
- Observe the intake and triage of Safety information from various sources either spontaneous reports or related to clinical trials.
- Operate within the Quality Management System framework, including SOPs, WIs, and other relevant standards.
- Develop and maintain strong PPS relationships across functional departments.
- Help manage the supporting files and documentation for adverse events and reporting requirements in applicable countries.
- Ensure operational activities comply with the regulatory guidelines.
- Help in uploading and storage of project-related documents, case reports, and associated documentation.
- Perform all the duties assigned by the senior authority.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm D) / B.Sc / M.Sc / Nursing / Medical Sciences
- Experience of working in Pharma, Biotech, or CRO institutions
- No experience is required for Pharm D candidates.
- Freshers are welcome to apply for the job.
Required Experience & Skills
- Good Knowledge of Medical Affairs, Clinical Data Entry
- Proficiency in Clinical Data Monitoring, DRA, QA
- Good oral and verbal Communication skills
- Basic Knowledge of MS Office Windows applications
- Capable of handling standard office instruments
- Attention to detail
