- DEPARTMENT – Quality Assurance (QA)
- DESIGNATION – IPQA Officer
IPQA Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the environmental conditions within production, packaging, and storage areas according to the established standards.
- Verify that the products comply with the specifications outlined in the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
- Coordinate with the area manager to maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the production area according to the GMP guidelines.
- Verify that the line clearance process is adhered to throughout all stages of manufacturing and packing.
- Observe that all manufacturing and packing documents are filled out online and consistently updated.
- Ensure that all products are reconciled properly during the manufacturing and packing processes.
- If any irregularities are noticed, coordinate with the area supervisor and make sure that Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are applied before moving to the next phase.
- Assist in both external and internal audits by ensuring equipment qualification is facilitated.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm) from a recognized university.
- M.Sc degree holder candidates can also apply for the job.
- 01 year of working experience is required.
- Preference will be given to the experienced candidates.
