Production Trainee Officer Details
- DESIGNATION – Trainee Officer
- DEPARTMENT – Production / Manufacturing

What are the job responsibilities for this role?
- Observe and validate the accuracy of batch configurations, and challenge test outcomes.
- Handle the management of batch setting failure and reconciliation.
- Manage and document routine operational activities accurately.
- Cooperate and work with operators in the manufacturing area for activities including temperature, Percent RH observation, balance verification, area sanitation, and calibration of equipment.
- Maintain and update raw data for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of essential machinery.
- Asses audit trails for every machinery and each lot at all processing steps and get it verified by QA.
- Supervise the manufacturing operations and ensure the proper use and maintenance of compression machines (Fette 3200i, Sejong, Fette 2200I)
- Work with the production team for timely completion of production tasks to ensure the maintenance of the product quality.
Skills Required
- Deep knowledge of compression machines (Fette 2200I, Fette 3200i, Sejong)
- Problem Solving Abilities and Process Evaluation skills
- Leadership quality with time management quality.
- Good Knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
