About Job Role
- Perform the activities related to handling and cleaning of filling and sealing machines and vial washing machines.
- Ensure the timely maintenance of the equipment.
- Report any breakdown, malfunction, or non-conformance of machines.
- Carry out the validation and qualification for better efficiency.
- Ensure the implementation of GMP and SOP guidelines to achieve the safety and quality of products.
- Suggest process enhancement measures for quality improvement.
- Ensure timely updation of online documentation as per cGMP standards.
Skills Required
- Expertise in working with production equipment such as granulators, blenders, compression machines, and coating machines.
- Knowledge of the latest GMP guidelines.
- Aware of Hygiene and Safety Protocols.
Qualification Required
- Candidates having a diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognized university in India.
- Candidates having a diploma in Engineering are also eligible for the job role of Junior Operator.
