Clinical Research Associate Job Responsibilities
- Handle assigned study sites from Phase 1 to Phase 4 according to protocol, GCP, and regulatory standards.
- Guide site personnel on trial protocols and amendments.
- Assist in patient recruitment, retention, and site development.
- Responsible for analyzing and responding to client requirements, queries, and supporting audit and inspection.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (CPM, CRA Manager, MSL, CRMA, Medical Advisor).
- Create data entry of safety reports (ADE reports) into safety databases.
- Prepare the individual case safety reports (ICSRs).
- Utilize a risk-based monitoring approach to observe investigator sites, such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through SDR, SDV, and CRF.
- Maintain mandatory documents such as Investigator Folder and sTMF.
What is the required qualification?
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science / Healthcare from a recognized institute in India.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Minimum 01 year of on-site monitoring working experience is required.
Skills Required
- Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM) / SDR / SDV
- Case Report Form Review
- Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
- Professional knowledge of ICG GCP guidelines.
