What are the main responsibilities?
- Help in method validation tasks and formulate technical documentation with the assistance of team leaders.
- Conduct testing using Analytical instruments like UPLC, GC, IC, HPLC, and AAS.
- Involvement in the method transfer process for testing activities under the supervision of the team leader.
- Consistently perform assigned responsibilities according to the laboratory protocols and Quality standards.
- Conduct the stability testing for assessing shelf life in the stability studies.
- Focus on basic lab procedures and requirements during activities and escalating issues when required.
- Collaborate with responsible personnel to provide data for technical documentation like method transfer protocols, validity reports, and stability reports.
Required Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (B.Pharm / B.Sc)
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (M.Pharm / M.Sc)
- Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm D / Ph.D)
- Basic knowledge of computer applications like Microsoft Office
- Working experience of 01 year in the Analytical development, QC department of healthcare or Pharma sector.
Skills Required
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of GMP, SOPs, Quality Systems, and global or regional technical guidelines.
- Expertise in analytical Techniques, chemistry concepts, and stability evaluation.
- Proficiency in working with advanced tools and software applications.
Leadership Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with interpersonal skills to collaborate with the team.
- Suggest new ideas and modern solutions to address the complex challenges.
- Good Understanding of technical and compliance needs, and performing tasks to build a better performance record.
