Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the progress of current and pending documentation and any queries from authorities, and ensure to notify the Regional Regulatory Affairs manager promptly.
- Ensure that all regulatory documents are of high quality and comply with local and regional regulatory requirements, commitments, and agreements.
- Supervise the life cycle of the CP skin health products portfolio, including renewals, variations, notifications, and applications for new licenses.
- Assisted in the preparation of regulatory standard operating procedures (SOPs) and working instruction documents, and ensured the maintenance of revision date records.
- Coordinate and work with the Regional Regulatory Affairs Department in the registration of new products.
- Collaborate with global teams and third-party business partners to secure important documents and information for product dossiers.
- Stay updated with current and new regulations or standards to meet compliance for medical devices, cosmetics, and consumer goods.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences (B.Pharm / B.Sc )
- Expertise in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, SAP, DMS, and Authority Regulatory databases for regulatory submissions.
- Familiar with registration and regulatory requirements across different regions.
- Minimum 01 years of working experience in regulatory affairs, QC, and production in the Pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar FMCG fields.
