Formulation R&D Associate

Job Responsibilities
- Help in transforming formulation from lab-scale formula to commercial production.
- Work on improving the standard of the formulation process to enhance the efficacy, quality, and stability of drugs.
- Perform a research study on the interaction between drugs and excipients and also perform the stability testing.
- Observe the activities in the premises and ensure compliance with FDA, ICH, and Other regulatory bodies protocols.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments on packaging activities, product stability, quality issues, and other related concerns.
- Make sure that product quality falls within the acceptable range.
- Stay active on new drug development technologies and related news.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) is required to apply for the post.
- 2023 and 2024 Passed out batches are eligible to apply for the job.
- Good Communication and Management skills.
Analytical R&D Associate
- DESIGNATION – Analytical R&D Associate

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing and validating the methods for drug testing utilizing HPLC, LC-MS, and Gas Chromatography (GC)
- Analyze the raw materials and finished products to identify and quantify contaminants.
- Perform the drug dissolution tests on the product to assess the bioavailability of the drug.
- Generate the quality reports, analytical documents, and method validation reports for regulatory submission.
- Conduct stability testing on products according to the ICH guidelines.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry
- 2023 and 2024 Passed out batches are eligible to apply for the job.
- Good Communication and organization skills.
Formulation R&D Associate Salary & Other Details
The Salary for the post of Formulation R&D Associate (for candidates in Formulations R&D) is expected up to INR 03 LPA and for the post of Analytical R&D Associate (for candidates in Analytical R&D) is expected up to INR 3.4 LPA.
