Job Summary

Genedrift is seeking a Trainee Intern – Regulatory Affairs to support regulatory documentation and compliance activities. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates looking to build foundational expertise in regulatory submissions, document management, and cross-functional coordination within the pharmaceutical/life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities

Document Coordination

  • Assist in reviewing and preparing regulatory submissions
  • Support translation and finalization of documents
  • Maintain compliance with SOPs for document management

Project Support

  • Track and update internal records for ongoing projects
  • Coordinate with teams for submission timelines and updates

Learning & Development

  • Shadow team leads to understand regulatory guidelines (ICH, GxP)

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy/Life Sciences
  • Skills:
    • Strong written/oral communication (English)
    • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
