Job Summary
Genedrift is seeking a Trainee Intern – Regulatory Affairs to support regulatory documentation and compliance activities. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates looking to build foundational expertise in regulatory submissions, document management, and cross-functional coordination within the pharmaceutical/life sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities
Document Coordination
- Assist in reviewing and preparing regulatory submissions
- Support translation and finalization of documents
- Maintain compliance with SOPs for document management
Project Support
- Track and update internal records for ongoing projects
- Coordinate with teams for submission timelines and updates
Learning & Development
- Shadow team leads to understand regulatory guidelines (ICH, GxP)
- Adapt to evolving compliance standards
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy/Life Sciences
- Skills:
- Strong written/oral communication (English)
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
- Behavioral Traits:
- Quick learner, adaptable to dynamic environments
