Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders of the customers.
- Coordinate with operation leads and customers to prepare and develop value-generating roadmaps.
- Implement initiatives to enhance operational and customer results.
- You will be responsible for receiving and analyzing the report from field engineers and technicians.
- Conduct a technical assessment to check if the reported issue influences the safety of the patient.
- Evaluate the severity of the issue.
- Accountable for making decisions based on assessment and systematically categorizing the issues.
- Make entries of reports into the Enterprise Quality Management System (ETQ).
- Utilize the digital tools, such as Intake Universal Code (IUC) if the patient was harmed and if the issue required escalation.
- Check if further investigation is needed, and if not, then complete the final evaluation and close Tier 3 complaints.
- Help in employee training on Complaint handling procedures and Regulatory compliance requirements.
Educational Qualification
- Engineering – B.E. / B.Tech (Biomedical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields) from a recognized institute in India
- Pharmacy – B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Pharmacovigilance or Regulatory focus)
- Candidates having experience of minimum 01 year are eligible to apply for the job role.
- Freshers with a deep interest in Pharmacovigilance are welcome to apply for the job.
Skills Required
- Familiar with ETQ (Enterprise Quality Management System)
- Regulatory Compliance (FDA, ISO, MDR)
