Job Responsibilities
- Performing product compounding and filtration activities according to the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
- Ensure the maintenance of the cleanliness of the compounding area.
- Control and monitor the personnel and entry and material movement in the component and APA areas.
- Ensure the proper working of online documentation, and coordinate with the cross-functional teams (CFT).
- Proficiency in compounding, Aseptic Techniques, with resolving abilities in equipment troubleshooting, and capable of delivering a solution-focused approach.
- Skilled in operating dry powder filling operators.
- Expertise in compounding, vial sealing, and Line Chemist activities.
- Accountable for deploying the trained personnel for cleaning and filling operations.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Desired Skills
- Operation of lyophilizers, filling machines, and isolators
- Injectable Manufacturing Operations
- Lyophilization (Freeze-Drying) Process Handling
- Bag Line Operation and Monitoring
- Dry Powder Filling and Processing
- Experience with SOP preparation and execution

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm) from a recognized university in India.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences / Chemistry (B.Sc / M.Sc) from a recognized university in India.
- Minimum 02 years of practical exposure in the relevant area is required.
- Good Communication and Management skills.
Production Officer Salary
