About Job Responsibilities
- Stay updated with the knowledge of regulatory authority rules and regulations.
- Ensure the complete utilization of the GSK document management system and procedures.
- Participate and guide in simplifying the processes and enhancing the quality.
- Implement the creative abilities to publish the working practices and processes.
- Ensure the compliance of work with requirements and regulations.
- Provide assistance and advice to authors in preparing and submitting the content and use of GSK DMS and Procedures.
- Assist authors with highly complex and non-routine content preparation and DMS.
- Accountable for submitting team review and approval procedures.
- Follow the standard guidelines of the regulatory authority and established procedures.
- Compliance with both regulatory standards and company policies.
Skills & Experience
- Regulatory submission skills like CTD, eCTD
- Knowledge of international regulatory requirements (US FDA, EMA, MHRA, etc)
- Document Management Systems, such as Veeva Vault and GSK-specific systems.
- Computer Expertise
- Time Management and Leadership Quality
- Fresher and Experienced (1 – 6 years) both are eligible to apply.
What is the basic required qualification?
- Bachelor’s degree in Lifesciences, Pharmacy, or Chemistry from a recognized university.
- B.Pharm / B.Sc in Chemistry / Regulatory Affairs
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, and Internet Explorer
- Candidates holding Pharmacy and Regulatory Affairs degrees will be preferred.
What is the preferred required qualification?
- Master’s degree in Lifesciences, Pharmacy, or Chemistry from a recognized university.
- B.Pharm / B.Sc in Chemistry / Regulatory Affairs
- Experience of working in Drug Development
- Excellent Communication Skills
