What are the job responsibilities?Â
- Analyze the trend in product performance using complaint data.
- Categorize the incoming complaints systematically for regulatory review utilizing algorithms.
- Implement MedDRA coding standards for maintaining consistency and accuracy.
- Check the accuracy and completeness of information in ADR reports using audit logs and validation tools.
- Coordinate with the regulatory department to update and maintain reports based on new data.
- Assist in finding the root cause of problems based on complaints and CAPA data.
- Perform audits of complaint-handling operations at a particular interval of time.
- Connect with the Research & Development, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs department to share insight from Pharmacovigilance data.
- Assist in the preparation of PSURs and FSCAs.
What should be your qualifications for this job?Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Nursing / Biomedical Engineering
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy (any specialization)
- Pharm D candidates are also eligible for the job.
- Registered under their respective councils.
- Good Communication skills
- Freshers and experienced (0-2 years) candidates are both welcome to apply for the job.
