What are the main responsibilities?
- You will be assigned with responsibility of making data entry of safety reports (ADE reports) into safety databases.
- Prepare the individual case safety reports (ICSRs).
- Verify compliance with global regulatory requirements such as EMA, US FDA, and MHRA.
- Perform a review and literature search to extract safety-related data from the database.
- Check, evaluate, and code medical terminologies using MedDRA.
- Collaborate with the clinical research team, research associates, project manager, and reviewers.

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
- Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm D)

- Understanding of Pharmacovigilance concepts and drug safety parameters.
- Capable of decoding the medical and clinical data.
