What are the main responsibilities of an Associate at IQVIA?
- Help in monitoring and tracking the project progress, potential challenges, and suggest solutions to address the challenges based on the Data Team Lead (DTL)
- Interact with the Data Team Lead and colleagues from other departments.
- Handle the data cleaning tasks to ensure timely delivery of clean and quality data to sponsors.
- Coordinate with the Senior Data Manager to ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and meet customer expectations.
- Communicate with the Data Management Team Leader to brief on the performed tasks and quality of data collection.
- Responsible for providing backup data to a Senior Data Coordinator or DTL.
- Actively engage in internal meetings and audits.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- A bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
- Understanding of the Drug Development Lifecycle and complete research procedures.
- Effective communication in English (verbal and written)
Skills Required
- Expertise in clinical data management systems (CDMS) and data cleaning.
- Capable of analyzing the issues and suggesting appropriate actions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and related Project Management Software.
- Experience in handling data and excellent knowledge of quality standards.
