What are the suggested job responsibilities?
- Ready to serve all the time in emergencies like a disaster.
- Coordinate with the disaster management team and use your skills in treating the people.
- Check and maintain the inventory stocks of medicines and medical supplies.
- Dispense the medication according to the prescription order.
- Comfortable working in camps organized at the affected location.
- Educate the patient with the right information about drug uses, like doses, side effects, precautionary measures, etc.
- Helping and supporting in disaster relief and medical camps
- Accountable for handling emergency drug kits and helping the victims.
- Ensure the safe storage of medicines and the disposal of expired medicines.
- Routinely inspect the inventory for expiry and maintain the proper documentation of medicine records.
- Coordinate with physicians and nurses to ensure proper treatment and care of the patient.
What should be your qualifications for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) with 70% marks from a recognized institute in India.
- Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) with a valid pharmacy council registration.
- Registered under the Pharmacy Council of India.
