Position: Trainee Research Scientist – R&D
Location: Nanjangud, Mysore
Department: Research and Development

Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Deliver NPD, CIP/QIP, and KSM projects within timelines, ensuring yield/quality targets. Identify process risks (Yield, EHS) and Critical Process Parameters (CPPs).
- Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Coordinate with teams/pilot plants for process demos and troubleshooting. Investigate batch failures and implement corrective actions.
- Compliance & Documentation: Adhere to GLP/GMP/SOPs; prepare/review technical reports (Process Outlines, Tech Packages B/C). Maintain lab records, and SOPs, and ensure safety/equipment hygiene.
- Innovation: Synthesize impurities as needed; support scale-up/validation activities.
Major Challenges: Balancing project timelines with rigorous quality/safety standards. Anticipating molecule development issues during early-stage research.
Educational Qualification
- Education: M.Sc (Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Sciences) or Ph.D.
- Experience: 0–1 year in R&D (pharma/chemical industry preferred).
- Skills: Analytical thinking, lab techniques, teamwork, and compliance awareness.
